AI call-backs with Agentforce (2026): Let customers ask for a call-back from an AI chat, so a specialist rings them with the full context already in front of them.
Deleting call recordings on request (2026): Built the AWS side of a one-click way for support staff to fully delete a call recording, with every deletion logged.
Phone support inside Salesforce (2025-2026): Helped bring phone calls into Salesforce with Service Cloud Voice, then built extra features on top.
Two-way case sync with a partner (2025-2026): Built most of the Salesforce side of a two-way sync for cases, comments and attachments with an external partner.
AI search in the support console (2026): Led the engineering side of adding AI search to the Salesforce case page, so specialists can find help articles without leaving the case.
Salesforce Data Cloud integration: Helped bring customer data from a few systems into Data Cloud, so there's one view of each customer.
Redesigning how customers raise cases: Helped make it simpler for customers to raise a case in the help centre, and rebuilt the routing behind it.
Automated privacy and retention: Helped automate privacy and data retention rules in Salesforce, so they run on a schedule.
Performance and platform clean-up: Helped make APIs and triggers handle large data volumes, and moved older Apex, automation and access settings to newer patterns.

A personal finance app built for New Zealand. It puts your budget, investments and net worth in one place, and handles the Kiwi stuff properly (KiwiSaver, PIE funds, NZ bank feeds and imports from local investing apps like Sharesies).

My Life Journey

A memento mori app (a reminder that time is limited) that shows your whole life as a grid of weeks, with a quick weekly journal to go with it. It works offline and you can install it like an app.
